This year’s theme highlights real estate redevelopment, with a focus on projects and initiatives shaping the future of East Central Minnesota.
Attendees will gain insights into current and upcoming redevelopment efforts, community revitalization strategies, investment opportunities, and long-term development plans. The event offers a valuable opportunity to learn, connect, and engage in conversations driving progress across the region.
This year’s event will be held in Chisago County at Warm & Wooly in the Tanger Mall. Participants will hear from local community leaders on successful regional redevelopment projects, as well as state program leaders who will share available resources to support redevelopment efforts throughout Minnesota.
