The Entrepreneur Fund is currently in the process of building an Investor Network to provide new sources of capital for regional small businesses.

As an Investor Network member, you may have access to opportunities to invest in regional EFund clients that have demonstrated a need for additional capital beyond EFund’s investment.

EFund is currently seeking co-investors ranging in purpose, expertise, and investment size to review potential small business deal flows to invest in. EFund would structure the deal and provide due diligence but investments and subsequent risk would be direct with the business. Mission and values aligned investors dedicated to supporting small business growth across the region. We’re in the process of curating a network that will allow businesses and investors to connect to the right projects to ensure alignment on business and investor goals.

The Investor Network will consist of a diverse mix of individuals interested in supporting regional small businesses.

How will you determine who is part of the Investor Network?

We will go through a match-making process utilizing our deep understanding of a small business and their goals to find a good fit with potential co-investors. Business owners are also welcome to source their own investors and invite them to participate with us in a deal as well.

What types and sizes of investments are you seeking?

Investments may range from $100,000 - $500,000. The EFund median investment will
be $250,000. If more is needed, EFund will provide support in bringing in additional
investors preferably at the same terms using any of the following:

  • Bank Debt
  • Subordinated Debt
  • Revenue-Based Financing
