Program Overview

Growing with Intention is a six-session mastermind designed for entrepreneurs who are building — or preparing to build — teams and want to grow their businesses thoughtfully and sustainably.

As founders move beyond the early stages of their business, leadership, culture, and people decisions quickly become critical. This program supports entrepreneurs in strengthening their self-leadership, clarifying mission, vision, and values, and building the skills needed to attract, retain, and lead great employees.

Participants engage in a small, trusted peer group alongside personalized coaching and practical tools to support real-world application. The focus is on intentional growth — creating strong foundations now so future growth is healthy, aligned, and resilient.

Ideal Participants
This program is designed for entrepreneurs and founders who:

• Currently have employees or plan to hire in the near future
• Are navigating leadership and people challenges that come with growth
• Want to be intentional about culture and team development, not reactive
